作为现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分,高等职业教育要牢固树立以人为本的现代教育理念,将育人为本和以教师为本落到实处;要牢固树立统筹兼顾的系统改革思想,兼顾各方利益,妥善处理各种矛盾,确保人民满意;要牢固树立全面协调可持续的思想,系统推进高等职业院校思想政治与道德建设、教育教学基本能力、社会服务能力、学校文化、生态文明校园建设五位一体的教育教学改革;要牢固树立现代教育管理的理念,全面推进现代职业教育管理制度体系建设。

As the important composting part of modem vocational education system, higher vocational education should establish the modem educational concept of people-orientation firmly. It should implement with education-oriented and people-oriented. It should establish the systematic reform thought with overall planning and, all-round consideration. It should deal with various conflicts well with considering the interests of all parties to ensure people＇s satisfaction. It should establish the whole coordinated and sustainable thought to advance the education teaching reform of ＂five-integration＂ in higher vocational colleges with system, including ideological political and moral construction, educational teaching basic ability, social serving ability, college culture, ecological civilization campus construction. It should establish the concept of modem educational management firmly to advance the construction of management system for modem vocational education.
