湖南省地方高职商科专业“集合式订单”运行机制探析

The Operating Mechanism of "Assembling Order" in Local Higher Vocational Business Major of Hunan Province

湖南省地方高职商科院校"订单"培养多年的实践表明,传统的"订单"培养面临着诸多的挑战。而"集合式订单"人才培养模式则可有效规避传统的"订单"培养存在的问题。"集合式订单"人才培养模式的实施关键在于具备良好的运行机制。该运行机制包括校企合作子系统、项目引领子系统以及基础保障子系统。实施中要明确项目培养与实施目标,构建基础保障制度。

Many-year practice of cultivating local higher vocational business major of Hunan province shows that traditional order cultivation faces many challenges. Talents＇ training mode of ＂assembling order＂ can effectively avoid the existing problems in the traditional order cultivation. The key of implementing talents＇ training mode of ＂assembling order＂ is to be qualified with good operating mechanism, which includes subsystem of college-enterprise cooperation, subsystem of project guidance and subsystem of basic guarantee. In the implementation it should define project cultivation and implementing objectives, as well as the construction of basic guarantee system.
