人才培养模式是高职教育关注的重点,是人才培养资源的综合利用和整体优化方式。人才培养模式主要包括专业设置、教学设计、课程模式、教育方法等相互关联的要素。高职院校的人才培养模式要以高职教育人才培养目标为出发点,从专业设置、培养方式、教学改革、教师队伍优化和过程控制及评价等一系列环节着手制定出切合实际的实施办法,并进行整体优化,从而达到最佳效果。

Talents' training mode is the focus of higher vocational education,as well as the comprehensive usage and whole optimized form of talents' training resource.Talents' training mode mainly includes the mutual connecting elements of major setting,teaching design,curriculum mode,and educational method.Talents' training mode in higher vocational colleges should start from talents' training goal of higher vocational education.It should work out feasible implementing method according to a series of links,including major setting,cultivating form,teaching reform,teaching staff's optimization,process control and evaluation.It can carry out the whole optimization to achieve the best effect.
