摘要
为分析特种服装在使用中的变形情况 ,研究了服装材料的力学性能和变形特点 ,并将服装简化为平面近似的躯干部分和曲面变形的四肢部分。基于两部分的变形特点 ,在实验中提出了单向拉抻和薄壁圆筒两种模型 ,采用密栅云纹法进行了应变测量研究。实验结果表明该方法可以方便准确地测量两种变形。得到的实验方法和初步结论 。
Deformation of the special clothing during use was analyzed by studying the mechanical properties and the deformation characteristics of the clothing material with the clothing divided into the trunk and the four limbs. Only the in plane deformation distribution of the trunk surface was analyzed, while the curved deformation of the four limbs was analyzed. The deformation characteristics of the trunk surface and the four limbs were used to develop a unidirectional tensile model and a thin cylinderical model for experiments with the strains measured using the moire method. The experiments have shown that the method can conveniently and accurately measure two kinds of deformation. The experimental results can be used for deformation analysis of the special clothing to ensure safety.
