摘要
声光调制器驱动器是脉冲光纤激光器中的重要部分,如何提高与完善驱动电路的性能指标成为决定输出激光品质的一个重要因素。该文提出了低功耗,输出功率稳定可调的声光调Q驱动器方案。它通过2ASK调制来控制射频功率的输出,进而控制声光Q开关的时间和重复频率;并具有2W的射频功率输出、20200kHz的重复频率、10ns(1个射频驱动振荡周期)内的声光Q开关响应时间的优良性能。
The acousto-optic modulator driver is an important part of the pulsed fiber laser, howto enhance and perfect the performance of the driving circuit has become an important factor that decides the output laser quality. A scheme of acousto-optic Q-switched driver with low power consumption and stable and adjustable output-power has been proposed in this paper. The RF power output can be controlled by 2ASK modulation, and then the time and repetition frequency of acousto-optic Q-switch can be controlled. The device has excellent performance of output power of 2 W, repetition frequency of 20-200 kHz and acousto-optic Q-switch response time of less than 10 ns.
