摘要
设计了一种气象雷达用方位伺服系统控制器。介绍了伺服系统的组成和功能,分析了直流电机驱动模型,提出了直流电机驱动方法。针对伺服系统要求负载惯量大,快速起动的特点,设计了转速/电流闭环稳定控制的策略,并对该控制策略的动静态特性进行了分析。最后结合电子罗盘定向,验证了控制器的性能,试验结果表明,该控制器性能稳定,满足伺服系统的要求。
A servo system controller have been designed in this paper for driving the meteorological radar. Through introducing the servo system composition and analysing DC motor's driving model, we have provided its driving hardware resolution by researching the electronic compass application in the heading angle indication. At the same time,based on the dynamic and static quality of the system, the speed/current control system of double loop have been designed. Finally,testing results in practice showed that the controller could achieve the control targets. Its performance has been verified.
