摘要
为提高非线性优化分析的计算效率 ,对于受温度和机械载荷作用的运行过程优化这一类非线性很强的优化问题 ,根据其目标函数和约束函数的灵敏度分析占据了大部分的计算量的特点 ,从瞬态温度场中热惯性作用的影响出发 ,采用了传递函数法进行温度、应力场及灵敏度分析。其优点是只需再进行一次详细有限元分析就可得到各种复杂温度变化引起的响应及灵敏度。实际算例表明 ,采用该方法可以大大提高计算效率 。
Computing efficiency of nonlinear optimization problems, such as procedure control optimizations with high temperatures and mechanical loads, can be improved by improving the sensitivity analysis of the object functions and constraint functions which account for most of the computational time. The transfer function method, which considers the influence of the thermal inertia in the transient thermal field, was used to analyze the thermal field, the stress field and their sensitivity analyses. The result shows that one detailed finite element analysis can provide both the thermal response to any complex change of temperature and the sensitivity. Practical examples indicate that this method can greatly improve the calculation efficiency, with sufficient accuracy.
