On the Practice Teaching of Law Education for the Undergraduates

摘要 近年来,各高校的法学本科教育虽然开展了多种形式的实践课教学,但仍普遍存在教学内容不够系统、教学过程流于形式等特点。为改变这一状况,法学实践教学应根据学科的特点和学生的认知规律,坚持循序渐进的教学原则,保证"社会调查-专业见习-模拟审判-毕业实习"等实践教学环节四年不断线,并逐步建立起与理论教学平行独立的、规范合理的实践教学体系。 In recent years, various forms of practice teaching have been carried out in the undergraduate law education, however shortcomings, such as teaching content is not very systematic, the teaching process is usually formalistic etc., are still ubiquity among various universities. In order to change this situation, legal practice teaching should be based on the features of the subject and the students' cognitive law, adheres to the principle of teaching step by step, and also the practice teaching links, such as the form: Social Survey - Professional Trainee-Mock Trial-Graduation Practice etc., should be executed continuously over the whole four years. Finally, a normal and rational practice teaching system which is independent and parallel to the theoretical teaching should be established.
