目前我国高校行政管理学科发展迅速,要求行政管理专业培养模式向应用实务方向转变,要求加强行政管理专业实践教学。情景模拟教学作为实践教学中一项新兴的教学模式,凭借其特有的优势,日益成为传统课堂讲授方式的有益补充。行政管理专业实践教学的发展要求对情景模拟教学进行有效的使用,趋利避害。

At present, in our country＇s university, the administration discipline has developed rapidly. It requires the administrative professional＇ s training mode change to the direction of application type, and strengthens the practice teaching of administrative management. As a new teaching mode, the scene simulation teaching has become a useful complement to the traditional classroom teaching mode because of its unique advantages. As the requirements of the administrative management professional practice teaching, the development of scene simulation teaching will be avoided disadvantages, took advantage to be effectively used.
