负压封闭引流技术在会阴部撕裂伤中的应用体会

Application of Vacuum Sealing Drainage in Perineal Tears

目的探讨负压封闭引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)在会阴部撕裂伤中的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2009年2月至2011年12月收治的8例会阴部撕裂伤患者应用VSD的临床资料。结果全部病例创面愈合良好,无并发症出现。结论 VSD应用于会阴部撕裂伤,可加快创面的闭合,疗效较好。

Objective To evaluate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） on perineal tears. Methods Clinical data of 8 patients with perineal tears who underwent VSD between Feb- ruary 2009 and December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All wounds healed well without complications. Conclusion The VSD can significantly accelerate wound healing in perine- al tears.
