新时期民间治安防范工作的重要性已普遍得到认可。不同类型的居民小区是民间治安防范工作的重要区域,对其应如何管理,如何有效发挥民间治安防范力量的作用是关键。本文结合现实中居民小区管理的不同模式,分析当前居民小区治安管理中存在的诸多问题,力求探索可行性的解决途径,以期推动民间治安防范力量管理的进一步完善。

The importance of the contemporary folk security precaution work has been widely recognized. Different types of residential areas are the important area of civil security precaution, that how to manage and how to effectively play the role of folk precaution force is the key. This paper, with the different modes of the residential area management in reality, analyzed the problems existed in the security management of the residential area and strove to explore the feasibility to resolve, in order to promote further improvement of the folk security precaution force management.
