Recommendations to improve the standardization of China's sentencing

量刑规范化改革是近年来我国确定的重大司法改革项目,自2010年起取得了一系列重大阶段成果,确立了"定性分析和定量分析相结合"的量刑方法,取得了良好的社会效果和法律效果。与此同时,也暴露出一些不足,为探索推动量刑规范化改革持续发展的有效措施,针对出现的问题,试图从意识、立法和实践三个层面上提出解决对策和建议。

The sentencing reform is the major judicial reform project determined in China in recent years. A series of major stage results have obtained since 2010, that established the sentencing method of the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis and achieved good social effects and legal effects. At the same time, there is some shortcomings, so the author tried to propose countermeasures and suggestions from three levels of awareness, legislation and practice to promote the sustainable development of sentencing reform.
