The paper started from the phe- nomenon of forced abortion in Ankang to illustrate the status quo of China＇s forced abortion and to clarify the illegality and harmfulness of such phenomena, summed up the reasons for its formation, called on the relevant government departments to strictly prohibit such phenomena, so as to effectively control and regulate the phe- nomena and promote the good conduction of the planning work.
