检察机关自侦案件联动监督机制研究

为完善检察机关监督体系,紧密结合侦捕诉关系,提高诉讼效率,保障司法公正的实现,通过对自侦案件侦捕诉关系现状的分析,认为建立侦捕诉联动机制有利于强化法律监督,提高诉讼效率,而建立检察机关侦捕诉联动监督机制,一方面从主体及内容加以明确,另一方面从具体形式上进行细化,同时,有必要完善配套措施。

In order to improve the oversight system of procuratorial organs, closely integrate the relationship among investigation, catching and litigation, enhance the efficiency of the proceedings and protect the achievement of the justice of administration, the paper analyzed the status of the relationship among investigation, catching and litigation of self-investigated cases, and believed that the establishment of the linkage mechanism of investigation, catching and litigation is conducive to strengthen the legal supervision, enhance the efficiency of the proceedings. To establish of the linkage oversight mechanism, should make clear from the subject and content on one hand and refine the specific form on the other hand, at the same time, it is necessary to improve the supporting measures.
