现在越来越多的高职院校已经认识到美术教育在其对学生进行艺术教育、素质教育中的重要性,但作为培养未来公安人才的高职院校,却对艺术教育在内的美术教育裹足不前,没有得到更多的重视。通过分析美术教育在高职院校素质教育中所起的特殊作用及其对学生的影响,阐述了在培养大学生适应现代社会生活中所必备的道德修养、审美情趣和创新意识等方面,美术教育的重要性。

More and more vocational col- leges have recognized the importance of art education in the arts education and quality education, but as higher vocational colleges to train future public security personnel, the art education do not get more atten- tion. By analyzing the special role played by the art education in the quality educa- tion of higher vocational colleges and its impact on students, illustrated the impor- tance of art education in training students with the necessary morality, aesthetic taste and sense of innovation to adapt to the modem social life.
