摘要
按照工程提出的焊接技术条件,对武钢生产的大跨度低屈强比WNQ690桥梁钢(40mm)厚板进行了复合焊接工艺与性能试验。研究结果表明:采用埋弧焊丝WGX2+富氩气保护焊WER70NH焊丝匹配WNQ690钢厚板,接头具有优良的综合性能,焊缝力学性能达到了大跨度桥梁制造焊接技术要求。
In accordance with the welding technical requirements of the construction, test of hybrid welding procedures and performances is conducted for 40mm thick plate of WNQ690 bridge steel WIS- CO produces with long span and low yielding/tensile ratio. The result shows that submerged-arc welding solder wire WGX2+argon protective welding WERTONH solder wire matches thick plate of WNQ690, that hybrid joints are of good comprehensive properties ,and that mechanics properties of welding seam meet the welding technical requirements of the construction of long-span bridges.
