摘要
带钢热镀锌国标中规定,最薄锌层重量为80g/m2(双面),而用户需要80g/m2(双面)一下的锌层重量时,则只有选择价格较贵的电镀锌板,本文从外力及内力着手,研究出了带钢热镀锌超薄镀层的生产方法,为在一定范围内热镀锌板取代电镀锌板,降低加工成本开辟了新的途径。
It is stipulated in the national standard of hot dipped GI product that the thinnest coating layer can be 80g/m2 (double sides). When customers need products with coating layer less than 80g/m2 (double sides) ,they can only choose expensive electrogalvanzing product. This article attempts to present how ultra thin GI products are produced by focusing on both the internal and external force to find a solution to replacing electrogalvanizing products by hot dipped galvanizing products to some extent,lowering production cost.
