摘要
通过金相组织、电子探针和洛氏硬度分析,对存在胀形开裂质量缺陷的D类钢镀锡板进行了分析与研究。实验结果表明,这批镀锡板的金相组织、硬度值及钢质等均没有问题,造成这种胀形开裂现象的主要原因是焊接电流过大,导致焊缝顶部残余应力巨大,在胀形时出现爆裂。
The blowout phenomena of tinplate in terms of steel type D tinplate is studied and analyzed by means of optical microscope, electron probe technique and hardness test. The results show that the blowout phenomena mainly result from huge welding current,which gives rises to great remnant stress on top of welding seam with the result that blowout occurs when expanding.
