开展实验室诊断试验研究值得注意的几个问题

摘要 快速、准确地对疾病做出诊断或排除,是对患者实施科学、规范化治疗的基础。因具有客观和无创或微创等优点,实验室检查一直在疾病的诊断中占有十分重要的地位。开展实验室相关的诊断性试验的临床研究,目的在于分析某一个(组)实验室标志物或者实验室检查手段对某种特定疾病的诊断价值,为临床医师运用该实验室检查对目标疾病进行诊断提供科学的依据。
