芪苈强心胶囊对心力衰竭患者心功能影响的超声研究

Ultrasound Study on the Cardiac Function Treated with Qili Qiangxin Capsule in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的利用超声探讨芪苈强心胶囊对心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法选择80例充血性心力衰竭患者并随机分成芪苈强心胶囊组和常规治疗对照组,分别于治疗前、治疗后15天、治疗后30天用超声测量左室收缩和舒张功能及各项指标。结果对照组LVEDV及LVESV仅在治疗后30天均明显减少(P<0.05),芪苈强心胶囊治疗组LVEDV和LVESV治疗后15天及30天较治疗前均明显减少(P<0.05),且芪苈强心胶囊治疗组治疗后15天和治疗后30天与对照组比较差异有有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组收缩和舒张功能指标治疗后有不同程度的改善,但以芪苈强心胶囊组改善明显,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊可抑制充血性心力衰竭患者的左室重构,改善左室收缩和舒张功能。

Objective To investigate the cardiac function-in chronic heart failure patients treated with Qili Qiangxin capsule （QLQX）. Methods 80 patients with heart failure were divided into the treatment group （QLQX treatment） and control group （conventional treatment）. Cardiac function was measured by ultrasound in two groups. Results Compared with prior treatment, the LVEDV and LVESV decreased 30 d after treatment in control group, while 15 d and 30 d after treatment in the QLQX group （P〈0.05）; the differences of LVEDV and LVESV between two groups 15 d and 30 d after treatment were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the cardiac systolic and diastolic function improved in both groups, but the QLQX group was better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions QLQX can inhibit the left ventricular remodeling in chronic heart failure patients, and improve the cardiac systolic and diastolic function.
