牙间隙刷对正畸患者菌斑控制影响的观察

Clinical Observation of Interdental Brush on the Plaque Control in Patients with Fixed Orthodontic Appliance

目的探讨牙间隙刷辅助刷牙对正畸固定矫治器治疗患者菌斑控制效果的影响。方法选择11～18岁固定矫治正畸患者60例,实验组30例刷牙时配合使用牙间隙刷,对照组30例仅用牙刷刷牙。连续使用三个月,分别在基线、第一个月、第三个月检测菌斑量。结果使用牙间隙刷后实验组菌斑量显著少于对照组(P<0.01)。牙间隙刷辅助刷牙在托槽的龈向、近中和远中菌斑清除率显著高于对照组,而托槽向和舌侧差异不明显。结论固定矫治的正畸患者刷牙时配合使用牙间隙刷能有效地控制菌斑,有利于正畸患者的口腔卫生维护。

Objective To observe the efficacy of interdental brush on the plaque control in patients with fixed orthodontic appliance. Methods 60 orthodontic patients aged 11 to 18 years old were selected and divided into two groups. The experimental group used interdental brush cooperatively when brush teeth, while the control group used toothbrush only, with continuous use for 3 months. The plaque amount was detected at the beginning, the end of the first month and the end of the third month. Results The plaque amount of the experimental group was lower than that of control group （P 〈0.01）, The reductions of plaque in the gingival, mesial and distal sides were better in the experimental group. Conclusions Interdental brush can help to control plaque efficiently in orthodontic patients.
