Evaluation of Communal Nursing Intervention in Elderly Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

摘要 目的评估老年膝骨关节炎社区干预护理效果。方法对随机抽取的100例膝关节炎患者进行了社区干预护理,对其疗效进行观察。结果社区干预护理以后,患者Lysholm膝关节评分有提高(P<0.01),患者膝骨关节炎相关知识知晓及遵医治疗率较干预护理前增加(P<0.05)。结论极积的社区干预护理对老年膝骨关节炎患者的病情有改善效果。 Objective To evaluate the effect of communal nursing intervention in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 100 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis received the communal nursing intervention, and the effects were observed. Results The evaluated score of ＂Lysholm＂ in knee improved after intervention nursing （P〈0.01）, and the cognition rate of knee osteoarthfitis knowledge and the compliance of medical therapy were higher than before （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Active communal nursing intervention in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis can improve the disease condition.
