壁冠状动脉心肌桥造影的护理干预

Nursing Interventions of Mural Coronary Artery Angiography of Myocardial Bridge

目的总结壁冠状动脉心肌桥造影的护理干预措施。方法对2008年1月至2012年12月我院住院行冠状动脉造影检出的30例心肌桥患者,总结其造影前、造影中、造影后实施系列护理干预措施。结果 30例心肌桥患者均顺利完成检查,术中配合良好,获得图像满意,3例检查后出现轻度不良反应,无中、重度不良反应发生。结论护理干预措施对保证壁冠状动脉心肌桥造影检查顺利完成,提高造影成功率和检出率,获取高质量造影图像,满足临床诊疗需要具有重要意义。

Objective To summarize the nursing interventive measures of mural coronary artery angiography of myocardial bridge. Methods 30 cases of myocardial bridge diagnosed by coronary artery angiography in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2012 were selected in this study. All patients received the nursing interventions during the angiography. Results All cases finished the examinations successfully and cooperatively, and had satisfactory images. 3 patients had mild adverse reactions after examination, and no moderate or severe adverse reaction was found. Conclusions Nursing intervention has important significance in the mural coronary artery angiography of myocardial bridge. It can improve the successful rate and detection rate of catheterization, provide high-quality images to meet the needs of the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
