健康教育在体外授精—胚胎移植术中的护理应用

Application of Healthy Education in the Nursing of Fertilization in Vitro and Embryo Transplantation

目的观察分析健康教育在体外授精-胚胎移植术中的护理应用。方法选取我院从2011年3月到2012年3月进行体外授精-胚胎移植术的患者共94例。随机将患者分为观察组50例和对照组45例,其中观察组患者在基础护理上开展健康教育;对照组患者只单纯开展基础护理。比较两组患者的受孕率及满意度。结果观察组患者的受孕率和满意度均高于对照组患者(P均<0.01)。结论良好的健康教育能够提高患者及其家属对于体外授精-胚胎移植术过程的了解,有效缓解患者的紧张焦虑心情,提高患者及家属就医依从性,从而提高受孕率。

Objective To observe and analyze the application of health education in the nursing fertilization in vitro and embryo transplantation. Methods 94 cases of fertilization in vitro and embryo transfer in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 were chosen as the research object and randomly divided into the observation group （n = 50） and the control group （n = 44）. The observation group was taken with health education on the basis of primary care. The control group was only taken with primary care. The conception rate and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results The conception rate and the satisfaction degree in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between two groups were statistically significant （both P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Good health education can improve the understanding of fertilization in vitro and embryo transplantation, effectively relieve patients＇ anxious mood and improve the medical compliance of the patient and family, so as to improve the conception rate.
