某部干休所离休干部30年死亡原因分析

Analysis of Death Cause of Retired Cadres in a Cadre's Sanatorium in 30 Years

目的分析干休所离退休干部死亡原因,为保健工作提供依据。方法对1983至2012年某部干休所死亡老干部进行回顾性分析。结果被调查57例死亡老干部中,肿瘤(23例,占40.35%)居首位,心血管系统(15例,占26.32%)居第2位,脑血管系统(8例,占14.04%)居第3位。结论干休所老干部医疗保健应针对肿瘤、心脑血管疾病高发的特点开展工作。

Objective To analyze the death cause of retired cadres, and to provide the evidence for health care. Methods The death cause of retired cadres in a cadre＇s sanatorium from 1983 to 2012 was analyzed retrospectively. Results In the 57 died retired cadres, cancer, cardiovascular disease and cerehrovascular disease were the first three causes of death covering 23 cases （40.35%）, 15 cases （26.32%） and 8 cases （14.04%） respectively. Conclusions The health care in cadre＇s sanatorium should be focused on high incidence diseases including cancer, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
