摘要
尿动力学检查一直是泌尿外科的常用检查项目,其在下尿路功能障碍性疾病的诊断评估中的作用不可替代。近年来随着妇科泌尿学和盆底重建外科学的兴起,尿动力学检查在妇科下尿路功能障碍的分类诊断中的意义和价值越来越受到重视。当今妇科泌尿学已经是现代妇科医师的必备内容,想要更好地掌握女性下尿路功能障碍性疾病的诊治,懂得尿动力学的相关知识至关重要。故本文对尿动力学检查在妇科诊疗中的临床应用作一综述,以便广大妇产科医生增强对该项检查的认识,提高与下尿路功能相关的妇科疾病的诊疗水平。
Urodynamic examination plays an irreplaceable role in the diagnosis of lower urinary tract dysfunction （LUTD）. In recent years, as the growth of urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery, the significance and value of urodynamic examination for classified diagnosis in gynecologic LUTD has been paid more and more attention to. It＇s essential to understand the knowledge of urodynamic, if you want to grasp the diagnosis and treatment of female LUTD better. Therefore, the clinical application of urodynamic examination in gynecology was reviewed in this paper, in order to enhance the understanding of the examination, and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases associated with LUTD.
