中发[2011]5号文件的出台,拉开了地勘系统改制的序幕。分析职工存在的几种思想状态及其产生的根源,从加大宣传力度、营造改革氛围;建立沟通平台、解答职工疑惑;推进政务公开、建树民主管理的机制;抓住发展机遇、做大做强地勘事业;以人为本,提高职工素质;搭建施展才华的平台几个方面入手,多举并用,确保改革顺利进行。
Document issued on the 5th (2011), opened the prelude to the geological survey system restructuring, analyzed several state of mind of workers and causes its root, from several aspects to intensify propaganda to create the atmosphere of reform, the establishment of a communication platform to answer the doubts of the workers, and promote open government achievements of democratic management mechanism, to seize the opportunities for development, to make the geological survey career the bigger and stronger, people-oriented, to improve the quality of workers, to build a platform to display their talent, to ensure the smooth implementation of reforms.
