摘要
研究了一种汽车继电器计算机辅助三维装配的方法。以MDT为基础，结合3D MAX和自主开发的软件HCAD，可以按工艺顺序模拟三维装配过程、作相关零部件的干涉检查和质量、惯量的分析计算。
The paper researches on the technique of a 3D as sembly of automobile relay (AR),based on Mechanical Desktop,combined with 3D MAX and HCAD.3D assembly process can be simulated according to technics or der,int erference detection between the parts and components related to one another can be made,and the mass,inertia can be analyzed and calculated.
