高校历史选修课对培养人才的适应与改进——以中国法制史为例 被引量:1

摘要 作为选修课的中国法制史,其开设目的就是丰富学生的专业知识,开阔他们的视野,寻找学生的兴趣点,然后可以有所侧重的分类培养。可实际情况却是选修课大多流于形式,没有起到开设中国法制史的目的。为此需要进行相应地教学改革。首要是完善教师的知识结构和教学技能,提升教师的职业精神和道德情操;其次是重点强化训练中国法制史课所需要的历史学和法学的知识及理论方法;最后改变传统教学模式,更新教学理念,补充教学内容,尝试互动教学,发挥学生在教学互动中的积极性和主动性,在参与中提高学生发现和解决问题的能力,以实现开设法制史课的意义。 The Chinese legal is the elective course of the history specialty, Its purpose is to enrich student's knowledge, find their interests and specialties, then cultivate classifiably students. The reality is unsatisfactory. It is necessary to reform in teaching. The first is to improve the teacher's knowledge and teaching skills, promote teacher's professionalism and moral behavior. The second is focusing on training the knowledge and the theoretical methods that the history and the law needs. The finally is to change the traditional teaching mode, update teach ing philosophy, supplement teaching content, try interactive teaching, elaborate the student's enthusiasm and initiative in the interactive teaching, improve the student's ability to identify and solve problems in participation, in order to achieve the significance that open the legal history lesson in university.
