后牙慢性根尖周炎行一次性根管治疗57例

Effect of the One-Time Pulp Canal Therapy for 57 Cases with the Chronic Periapical Periodontitis

目的:观察后牙慢性根尖周炎一次性根管治疗的疗效。方法:将后牙慢性根尖周炎114例分为2组,每组各57例。观察组一次性完成根管治疗,对照组分数次完成根管治疗。观察2组患者术后反应及远期疗效。结果:一次性根管治疗的成功率与常规根管治疗无明显差异。结论:一次性根管治疗安全、高效、经济,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the effect of the one-time pulp canal therapy for chronic periapical periodontitis of molar teeth.Methods： 114 cases of chronic periapical periodontitis were divided into two groups,the observation group were treated by the one-time pulp canal therapy,the control group were treated by several times pulp canal therapy.Observed the reaction and long-term efficacy of the two groups after operation.Results： The success rate between one-time root canal therapy and conventional root canal treatment had no obvious difference.Conclusion： The disposable pulp canal therapy is safe,efficient,economic,worthy of promotion.
