This paper discussed the raise and development situation of household acceptance system,combining with the concept of household acceptance,analyzed the effect of doing well household acceptance work,and through engineering example pointed out that using household acceptance system,improved the quality of residential projects,reduced the quality disputes and complaints,worthy of promotion.
