摘要
从定额的概念入手,简述了定额的起源与发展历程,指出定额管理是科学管理的一个重要内容,在建筑工程管理中具有推动科技进步、控制工程质量、评价社会生产力的作用。
To start from the concept of quota,the paper briefly describes the origin and development history of quota,and points out that: quota management is one part of scientific management,which has significant role for promoting science development,controlling engineering quality and evaluating social producing ability in building engineering management.
