铁路营业线施工安全风险控制探索

The exploration on construction safety risk control in railway business line

对铁路营业线施工安全风险进行了辨识,总结出施工影响营业线设备稳定、材料堆放侵限影响行车安全、施工防护措施不当影响设备使用3个影响事件,并采用矩阵方法表述了安全风险影响事件同作业工点与营业线空间之关系,提出了对营业线施工安全风险进行分级管控的方法。

This paper identified the construction safety risk in railway business line,summed up the construction influence of business line equipment stability,the invasion influence of driving safety,protection measures improper influence of equipment using three influence events,and discussed the relationship of influence events and work job site and business line space using matrix method,presented hierarchical management and control method to the safety risk of construction business line.
