根据"脑""体"分离的现状,通过对我国企业逐渐沦为其他大型跨国企业的附属企业的现实情况分析,提出了国家和企业必须加大自主创新力度的投入,提升企业核心竞争力的观点,并从国家和企业两个层面提出了具体的做法。

This paper pays attention to the phenomenon of division between head and body.By analyzing the situation of our country's company attach to transnational enterprises gradually,this paper points out our country and our enterprise must pay close attention to the independent innovation,in order to promote our core-competitiveness,and this paper gives some suggestions to solve the problem on both country side and enterprise side.
