非编码RNA与乳腺癌的研究进展

摘要 乳腺癌是女性中最常见的和死亡率最高的肿瘤,生殖因素、激素水平、药物滥用和酗酒等构成了乳腺癌的危险因素。最近,大量研究发现,非编码RNA表达水平的改变与乳腺癌的发生、发展、诊断、治疗和预后密切相关。该文就非编码RNA与乳腺癌的关系及相关机理进行综述,有助于读者了解非编码RNA在乳腺癌发病过程中的重要性,为乳腺癌的综合防治提供线索。 Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers and causes the highest mortality in women. Reproduction, hormone level, drug and alcohol abuse are the main risk factors for breast cancer. A large number of recent studies find that the expression level of non-coding RNA are associated with the development, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of breast cancer. To help the readers understand the importance of non-coding RNA in the pathology of breast cancer, this review summarize current state of knowledge about the association between noncoding RNA and breast cancer, and the underlying mechanisms.
