亦喜亦忧的道路交通安全 被引量：5

摘要 机动车的产生和广泛应用推动了现代文明，但同时也给人类造成了不少的灾难。自1886年8月17日在伦敦发生第一起致死性的交通伤以来，至今已有3200万人死于车轮之下，远远超过战争和自然灾害造成的死亡人数[1-2]，见图1。
