多发性骨髓瘤并发梗阻性黄疸内镜治疗二例并文献复习

摘要
例1患者男，52岁。患苦2006年9月因双膝关节疼痛经骨穿等检查诊断为多发性骨髓瘤，化疗后达完全缓解；2007年1月行同胞全相合干细胞移植术（女供男）；2008年7月患者发现左侧小腿一无痛性肿块，手术切除，术后病理提示浆母细胞瘤，放疗后好转；2009年9月骨穿提示复发，予干扰素、反应停维持治疗。
