药物洗脱支架应用于消化道狭窄的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 在消化系统疾病中支架放置已经广泛在临床上应用,适应证也越来越多,如食管良恶性狭窄、消化道穿孔、瘘管形成等,目前还有支架用于食管静脉曲张性出血治疗的报道。然而,支架置入后引起的局部黏膜的炎症反应、增生的炎性组织以及肿瘤组织过度生长等导致支架再次发生狭窄的并发症一直没有得到彻底解决。对于恶性梗阻性疾病,支架只能是姑息治疗的方法之一,其本身并没有起到抗肿瘤的作用。
