摘要
电子束多点热源焊接时的振荡频率(H_1)与函数图形的扫描频率(H_2)对焊缝的成形质量有很大的影响,其频率匹配具有一定的规律性。当H_2/H_1的比值为多点热源数的正整数倍时,扫描图形完整封闭,因而可获得较好的焊缝外观质量,当比值小于1时,因扫描函数图形不完整而产生严重的飞溅。
There should be a correlation between the oscillation frequency(H_1)and the scanning pattern frequency(H_2)during multi-point heat source electron beam welding due to the great effect on surface forming.The scanning pattern would be closed when the division value H_2/H_1 is a positive integer,and a good weld appearance can be obtained.However,the scanning pattern will be incomplete and serious spatter occurs when the division value of H_2/H_1 is less than 1.
