轨道交通系统轨道梁的制造技术

摘要 轨道梁在轨道交通系统中直接承受车载作用,该轻轨工程轨道梁为全焊接钢结构,其焊接质量直接关系到整个工程的架设精度和运营安全。为此,在制造前期做了大量的焊接试验,并结合轨道梁制造实际经验,总结了轨道梁组装顺序和焊接顺序、主要焊缝焊接接头设计、采用的焊接工艺措施、焊接质量及焊接变形控制措施等,并寻求一定的制造经验,希望能为从事该类产品设计及制造的人员提供参考信息,为该类产品制造提供现场经验。 The all welded steel structure track beam directly bears the train load in the rail transit system.The welding quality is rather important that it related to the installation precision and operation security.The assembly and welding sequence of track beam,the design of weld joint,welding process measures,weld distortion and weld quality control measures were summarized by a great deal of welding trials combined with practical experience in track beam manufacturing.The studies in this paper can offer reference information and field experience to those who engaged in the similar work.
