摘要
采用金相分析、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术等方法研究了00Cr20Al6铁素体不锈钢在不同退火保温时间下其显微组织、再结晶比例及力学性能的变化。结果表明:当退火温度均为700℃时,随着退火后保温时间的延长,此钢的再结晶比例从66.4%升至94.3%,小角度晶界逐渐被大角度晶界所替代,伸长率从15%升高至22.7%。经对比,当退火温度在700℃,保温时间为20 min时,此钢获得了较好的综合力学性能。
Microstructure, recrystallization ratio and mechanical properties of 00Cr20A16 ferritic stainless steel annealed at 700 ℃ for different annealing time were studied by means of metallographic analysis, electron back scatter diffraction (EBSD) technique and tensile test. The resuhs indicate that the recrystallization proportion of the test steel increases from 66.4% to 94.3% with the extension of annealing time when the annealing temperature is 700 ℃. At the same time, the high angle grain boundaries are gradually substituted for the low angle grain boundaries, and the elongation increases from 15% to 22.7%. The experiments show that the better comprehensive mechanical properties can be obtained for 00Cr20Ar20A16 ferritic stainless steel after annealing at 700 ℃ for 20 min.
