摘要
为了模拟受到大粒子激发形核效应和非均匀储能分布影响的静态再结晶过程,利用元胞自动机方法提出了一个静态再结晶模型,且以仅含有析出相粒子(尺寸为1μm)的铁素体钢为研究对象进行了仿真研究。结果表明:大粒子的PSN效应及其减小再结晶平均晶粒尺寸的作用得以仿真;模拟的静态再结晶过程更好地再现了相关实验和理论所揭示的特征和动力学规律。本文特色在于,综合考虑非均匀储能分布和PSN效应影响的再结晶建模。
In order to simulate the static recrystallization process which was affected by large particle stimulated nucleation (shortly called PSN) and non-uniform stored energy distribution, a model was put forward by using cellular automata method and the evolution of static recrystallization microstructure in a ferrite steel with preeiptates whose diameter was 1 μm was simulated. The results show that the PSN effect of large particles and its role of decreasing average recrystallization grain size are simulated ; and the simulated static recrystallization process better demonstrates the characteristics and kinetics revealed by relevant experiments and theories. The feature of this paper is the new established model to consider the effects of non-uniform stored energy distribution and PSN on recrystallization with reason.
