摘要 针对南昌发电厂循环水泵供水量严重不足的情况,对循环水泵进行了增流节能技术改造,在电机、泵壳(基础部分)、管道等均不变的条件下,通过更换转轮等关键部件达到提高运行效率和供水量的目标,其特点是投资少、见效快、效果好。通过技术改造,提高了电厂经济运行水平和安全可靠性,经济效益显著。 In view of serious insufficiency in water supply of circulating water pumps in Nanchang Power Plant,the circulating water pumps were retrofitted with the aim of increasing flow and saving energy.Through replacing the impellers etc key parts only,but without changing motor,pump case,pipings etc,the target of raising operation efficiency and water supply amount were achieved.The retrofit featured less capital cost,quick return,good result.Through retrofit,the economic operation level and safety reliability of the power plant have been improved with significant economic benefit obtained.
