摘要
对一种新型过滤器进行工业性实验研究,该种浮床式过滤器具有整个床层都能截留液体中悬浮固体的能力。通过发电厂水源为水库来水(黄河补水)进行直流凝聚后进入该浮床式过滤器,经过反复的运行测定表明:该浮床式过滤器在高流速(30~50 m/h)条件下,达到出水浊度 0~2 FTU,截污能力 8~13 kg/m3。与常规过滤器相比,具有反洗效果好,自用水率低,结构简单,易于实现自动控制等优点克服了传统过滤器的若干重大不足,达到了水处理系统节约用水、节约能源及降低建设费用和运行成本的目的。
A new type filter-floating bed type filter was experimented and studied on industrial-scale in Dezhou Power of Shandong Huaneng Group Corp. The water supply of power plant coming from reservoir (with water from Yellow River as make-up water),through direct flow coalescer, enters floating bed type filter. The repeated operating measurements showed that: floating bed type filter. As compared with the conventional filters, it features good backwash effect, low water consumption rate, simple structure, and easy to realize automatic control etc. with the targets of water-saving, energy-saving and reduction of capital construction cost and operating cost of water treatment system achieved.
