应用根管显微镜取出根管内金属异物的疗效分析 被引量:1

Effect analysis of microsonic technique to remove fractured metallic instrument from root canals

摘要 目的:评价根管显微镜下应用超声技术取出根管内异物的临床效果。方法:选取因根管内异物就诊的患者39例。在根管显微镜下采用超声根管锉、超声工作尖制备距离异物的直线通路,将根管内金属异物取出。结果:39例根管金属异物成功取出33例并完成根管治疗,异物取出率84.61%。结论:应用根管显微镜和超声技术取出根管内金属异物的方法安全有效。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of microsonic technique on removal of fractured metallic instruments from root canals Method: 39fractured metallic instruments were endodontically managed with ultrasonic tips and Gates Glidden bur under dental microscope, The success rate was calculate by the cases which could be perfectly done root canal obturation after fractured metallic instruments removal accomplished. Result: 33 of 39 fractured metallic instruments were perfectly removed with a success rate of 84.61%. Conclusion: The ultrasonic technique combine with dental microscope is an effective and safely method of fractured metallic instruments removal, therefore, worth clinical application.
