摘要
目的探讨CD4+CD25+Foxp3+T(Treg)细胞在子宫内膜癌患者外周血中的表达及其与子宫内膜癌发生、发展的关系。方法采用流式细胞技术检测32例子宫内膜癌患者、30例对照组外周血中Treg细胞的表达,采用ELISA法测定血清中细胞因子TGF-β、IL-10的表达。结果子宫内膜癌患者外周血中Treg细胞的比例显著高于对照组(6.96%±3.82%vs 2.37%±1.33%),其差别有统计学意义;TGF-β、IL-10在子宫内膜癌患者血清中的表达分别为(621.02±139.09)pg/ml和(257.07±37.78)pg/ml,显著高于对照组的(506.88±142.33)pg/ml和(220.58±57.11)pg/ml,其差别有统计学意义。结论子宫内膜癌患者外周血中Treg细胞异常增高可能参与了子宫内膜癌的发生发展。
The CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) play a vital role in the maintenance of self tolerance and immune homeostasis. This study was designed to measure the expression of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) of patients with endometrial cancer and investigate the role of Tregs in antitumor regulation. The proportion of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+T cells in PBMC were examined with flow cytometry in 32 patients with endometrial cancer, and compared with that of 30 control samples. The patients with endometrial eancer showed a high proportion of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T cells, compared to the control group(6.96%±3.82% vs 2.37%±1.33% ). The expressions of TGF-β and IL-10 in endometrial group were (621.02±139.09) pg/ml and (257.07±37.78) pg/ml respectively, which was higher than those of control group. In conclusion, the Tregs may play an essential role in tumor immunological abnormality in patients with endometrial cancer.
