P0与P2蛋白引发的自身体液免疫介导正己烷周围神经病的作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究P0与P2蛋白引发的自身体液免疫在介导正己烷周围神经病髓鞘损害中的作用,探究正己烷职业接触工人血清Pn抗体、P2抗体的水平与尿中2,5-己二酮含量的剂量一反应关系。方法选取26名正己烷中毒性周围神经病患者(病例组)、269名正己烷接触1年以上工人(接触组)和104名未接触正己烷工人(对照组),使用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清P0抗体、P2抗体的水平。测定接触组工人尿2,5-己二酮的含量,并依据WS/T243—2004《职业接触正己烷的生物限值》,分别设为高接触组和低接触组。结果病例组血清P0抗体(IgG、IgM)、P2抗体(IgG、IgM)阳性率为100%,血清P0抗体、P2抗体水平在病例组、接触组和对照组3组之间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。接触组尿中2,5一己二酮含量均值为(3.10±1.35)mg/L,高接触组血清Pn抗体、P2抗体水平与低接触组的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论R与P2蛋白引发的自身体液免疫介导正己烷周围神经病髓鞘损害的发生和发展,血清Pn抗体、P2抗体的表达水平与尿2,5-己二酮含量无明显的剂量-反应关系。
