Masquelet技术治疗创伤后骨缺损

摘要
目的探讨Masquelet技术治疗创伤后骨缺损的疗效。方法对2009年4月至2012年5月收治且获得随访的2例创伤后骨缺损患者资料进行回顾性研究,均为男性,年龄分别为28岁和38岁。均为创伤术后出现感染性骨缺损,采用Masquelet技术分阶段治疗。结果2例患者分别随访32个月和28个月。2例患者在第2阶段手术时伤口内多部位采样,细菌培养结果在术后均证实为阴性。感染性病灶得到完全控制,骨缺损部位最终获得骨性愈合。结论Masquelet技术能治疗创伤、感染等引起的骨缺损,技术简单、疗效可靠。
