保留眶隔脂肪的睑袋整复术

Lower blepharoplasty with orbital fat preservation

目的探讨3种保留眶隔脂肪的睑袋整复术的适应证、方法和疗效。方法根据睑袋的不同临床表现及求美者诉求，分别采用眶隔脂肪还纳、眶隔脂肪转移及自体脂肪颗粒移植对睑袋进行整复。结果本组319例求美者，其中，行眶隔脂肪还纳者215例，眶隔脂肪转移者58例，自体脂肪颗粒移植填充者46例。术后随访3～12个月，效果满意。结论保留眶隔脂肪的睑袋整复术，相比于传统的去皮、去脂手术，通过解剖复位，能从根本上取得更好的术后效果。

Objective To explore the indication, clinical technique and efficacy of the three kinds of lower blepharoplasty with orbital fat preservation. Methods According to the clinical feature and patients＇ require, orbital fat reinforce, orbital fat transfer and fat graft to the orbital region were performed. Results Totally 319 patients were treated by the methods mentioned above, with orbital fat reinforce in 215 cases, orbital fat transfer in 58 cases, and fat graft to the orbital region in 46 cases. After 3 to 12 months follow-up, satisfactory outcome were obtained. Conclusion Compared to the traditional operations, lower blepharoplasty with orbital fat preservation could receive more excellent results by anatomical reduction.
