自体脂肪颗粒注射移植面部塑形

Facial remodeling by autologous fat granule injection

目的探讨自体脂肪颗粒注射移植面部塑形的疗效。方法以注射器吸取大腿脂肪颗粒，纯化后用脂肪抽吸针将脂肪颗粒注射至额颞部、颊区、颏部、耳垂、鼻背、鼻唇沟和面部皱纹深凹。结果本组50例求美者无明显术后并发症。随访3～39个月，除外1例注射2次，2例注射3次，余者均为一次性注射。填充后面部较术前丰满，质感同周围组织，形态自然。结论采用自体脂肪颗粒面部注射移植可达到丰满塑形效果，符合面部软组织的特性。

Objective To eplore the effect of autologous fat granule injection on facial cosmetic remodeling. Methods Fat granules from thigh were harvested by syringe. After purification, the fat granule was injected by liposuction needle into the fronto-temporal region, cheek area, chin, earlobe, nose, nasolabial fold and facial wrinkles furrow. Results There is non significant postoperative complications in all 50 patients. All cases were followed up for 3 to 39 months. Except one case of injection twice, two cases of injection for three times, the rest are one-time injection. After the operation, the face is plump than before, the texture is the same as sorrounding tissues and the shape is natural. Conclusion The application of facial autologous fat granule injection achieves the plump shaping effect and complies with the characteristics of the facial soft tissue.
